The Ethics of our Admiration

Who we admire says a lot about us.
There are only two camps when it comes to our admiration for our fellow humans. When we put them on a pedestal or consider them as superior and invest our power in them. And, the camp we resonate with says a lot about us, and about those we admire.
Some admire and elevate those who speak up EXCLUSIVELY for their community, religion, cause, country, cult, caste, gender, orientation, region, tribe, culture, age, generation as the more important, valuable, superior or powerful. This admiration comes from the feeling of validation, power, community, group, inclusivity, superiority that is created in us by being their supporter or admirer. They are celebrated for the exact role of making or creating the feeling of exclusivity.
