It is not just the observing, but the very nature of the observing that changes outcomes.

What we do not observe exists in waiting as potential but not as observable possibility or observed reality. The exact nature of our observing chooses one kind of reality playout over the other because it is chosen. It is possible to observe differently and that shifts everything because the choice changes. That is free will. 

Repeated choosing of one kind of observing creates one kind of reality or destiny. We can change anything at any time by choosing what to observe or not to and how. There is no concept of time because if the observing shifts, the reality shifts. What then plays out is the new reality. Chosen repeatedly through observation creates infinite repeats. If never observed in the same way, it becomes memory. Anything can be made a possibility again, strengthened into destiny, faded to become memory. 

The unchosen observations await as potential choices of observation.We are both the observor and the innumerable possibilities of observation that could become reality. We hold all the potential, all the choices, all the destinies and the timelines. What you observe shifts from a potential to a possibility. How you observe changes it from a possibility to a specific actuality. 

Understanding the simultaneous options that exist as potential and observing without interfering, and stating a preferred outcome but not choosing a specific observing allows the outcome to flow from multiple possibilities that best suits the outcome. The system decides and fetches the outcome from multiple points and possibilities that are infinite. This is what some would call the hand of God. Working in mysterious ways. The universe etc. When we choose a particular outcome from a particular observing, we create a fixed reality that is deterministic and also strengthen it by continuously observing from the same point and in the same way and then cry that nothing is changing. It cannot. Atleast one parameter has to change. Either the way we observe, what we observe or allowing the system to take over because it holds infinite possibilities.

Thinking we 'know' how to observe and what to observe is ego. Allowing another to do the observing on our behalf is technically not possible. When we become free flowing in the observing in awareness but not fixated, we allow the system to flood us with options that we could not observed or created. We call this abundance. Grace. 

The inner shift is to go from a deterministic model to a quantum one. Without learning the art of observing or the way to observe in a way that does not interfere with the system, we can be stuck in loops of our observing. The desire for specific outcomes and specific ways of observing creates looped repeat possibility played as reality. 

The game stops when the observing stops. When all possibilities are equal in potential and there is no preferred outcome over another. -
